Qianzhousaurus is a species dinosaur in Additional Creatures.
Synopsis
Qianzhousaurus is a mid-sized, rare, unique tyrannosaur that favors tropical and humid environments. Aside from its elongated snout, nothing really sets this fast theropod aside from other mid-sized predators. It falls on the weaker end of the physical strength spectrum for middle theropods, and although its one of the faster ones, its speed is still comparable to others. This might make Qianzhousaurus just another theropod if it wasn't for one thing: its specific hunting behavior. Qianzhousaurus usually targets smaller-sized creatures- humans included- which leads quite a spectacle. Any prey Qianzhousaurus can catch in its jaws gets mauled completely, with strength and ferocity completely unexpected of Qianzhousaurus's size. This initial bite is usually an instant death sentence for anything Qianzhousaurus grabs, with those still somehow clinging on to life beginning to bleed out from extremely deadly wounds. If tamed, Qianzhousaurus makes a standard theropod mount for its size in most regards, with care being taken care of against similar-sized or larger threats. However, if Qianzhousaurus is put up against smaller creatures, it is an absolute nightmare. A monster made flesh, easily able to rend apart even the strongest of smaller creatures. This can make them great at dispatching small enemy units.
